The balcony provides captivating views of the pool area and the expansive Emerald Coast. Kids can enjoy their own bunks with pocket doors for some peaceful nap times. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delightful meals for the family, and the new dining set, which seats 4 with 3 additional spots at the counter height bar, offers a comfortable place to dine. The living area has all-new furniture, including a comfortable new couch with a queen pull-out bed. Relax on the balcony and savor the views and gentle ocean breezes. There's another unit available right next door. The master bedroom features a new king bedroom suite with fresh bedding to unwind after a day in the sun, along with a TV. Stay connected with Wi-Fi or enjoy a movie using the DVD player. The bathroom has been updated with a new vanity, tiles, and a fresh coat of paint. The property is designed for your comfort and is the perfect place to create treasured family memories.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Seacrest is professionally managed by Poole Associates.

The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years of age and provide photo ID at check-in. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
For monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February, feel free to inquire and make Seacrest your preferred vacation spot."
